Shipping Policy

Federal law prohibits the direct shipment of firearms to unlicensed individuals. All firearms purchased from Amo Switch USA must be transferred through a federally licensed FFL dealer in your state.

• At checkout, provide the name and contact information of your local FFL dealer in the order notes field.
• We will ship the firearm directly to your chosen FFL dealer.
• Your dealer will contact you when the firearm arrives to complete the ATF Form 4473 and NICS background check.
• You must pass the background check before taking possession of the firearm.
• Transfer fees charged by your local FFL dealer are separate from our shipping charges.

Ammunition and accessories ship directly to your provided shipping address, subject to state and local regulations.

• Ammunition cannot be shipped to California, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Connecticut, Hawaii, or Washington D.C. without additional documentation.
• Standard processing time is 1-3 business days.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Adult signature may be required upon delivery for ammunition orders.
