1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing AmoSwitch.store (the “Site”) or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree in full, do not use the Site or place an order. These Terms apply to all sales of firearms, firearm parts, accessories, and any other items listed on the Site.
2. Definitions
- “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to GlockSwitchUSA.store.
- “Customer”, “you”, “buyer” means the individual or entity placing an order.
- “Products” includes all firearms, ammunition, parts, accessories, and related items available for purchase on the Site.
- “FFL” means a valid Federal Firearms Licensee.
- “NFA” means the National Firearms Act.
3. Legal Compliance and Purchaser Responsibility
Purchasing firearms and certain accessories is heavily regulated. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, transfer, and use of the Products.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years old for handgun/handgun ammunition purchases, and at least 18 years old for long gun/rifle ammunition purchases (or older if required by your state).
- You are not prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition under any law.
- You have not been convicted of a felony, a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, and have no active restraining/protective orders.
- You will comply with all waiting periods, background checks, and transfer requirements.
- For NFA items (e.g., silencers, short-barreled rifles, full-auto components), you hold the appropriate federal tax stamp, licenses, and approvals before taking possession.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe may violate applicable law.
4. Firearm Transfers (FFL Required)
All firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL) in your state of residence. It is your responsibility to:
- Select a valid FFL holder who will accept the transfer.
- Ensure the FFL provides a signed copy of their license to us before shipment.
- Pass the required background check at the time of transfer.
- Pay any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL.
If the transfer is denied, you will be responsible for any return shipping and restocking fees. Firearms will not be shipped until a compliant FFL is verified.
5. NFA Items and Restricted Components
Certain Products on the Site may be classified as NFA Title II firearms or restricted components (e.g., full-auto sears, sound suppressors, short-barrel uppers). These items require additional federal registration (ATF Form 4, Form 1, etc.), background checks, fingerprints, Chief Law Enforcement Officer notification, and a $200 tax stamp (unless exempt). We will only transfer NFA items to a properly licensed FFL/SOT dealer or directly to the buyer after all ATF approvals are complete. NFA transfers can take several months; no returns are accepted on NFA items once the transfer process begins.
6. Product Descriptions and Compatibility
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images. However, small variations may occur. It is your responsibility to verify that any part or accessory is compatible with your specific firearm make, model, generation, and caliber. We are not responsible for incorrect installations or use of any Product.
Certain accessories may be restricted in your state (e.g., high-capacity magazines, threaded barrels). You must confirm legality before ordering. We will not ship prohibited items to jurisdictions where they are banned.
7. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by misprints. Payment is due at the time of ordering through our secure processor. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use that method. We do not retain full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and begin after the item is released to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or compliance holds. Firearms and ammunition cannot be shipped to PO boxes; a physical street address is required. Ammunition must ship by ground to the contiguous 48 states; additional restrictions apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.
9. Returns and Refunds
Firearms: New, unfired firearms may be returned within [XX] days of delivery if defective. You must contact us first for a return authorization. Return shipping is on the buyer unless the return is due to our error. A restocking fee of up to [XX]% may apply. Firearms that have been transferred, fired, or modified are non-returnable. All returns must go through an FFL; we will arrange a pickup/reverse transfer for accepted returns.
Other Products: Unopened accessories and parts may be returned within [XX] days for a refund or exchange. Opened/used items are not returnable unless defective.
NFA items, special orders, and custom items are final sale — no returns.
10. Limitation of Liability and Safety Warning
Firearms are inherently dangerous. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for safe handling, storage, and use. Always treat every firearm as loaded, keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire, and be certain of your target and what lies beyond it. We disclaim all liability for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of any Product purchased from the Site.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, GlockSwitchUSA.store shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your purchase or use of the Products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GlockSwitchUSA.store and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, lawsuits, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of any Product, or your failure to comply with applicable laws.

References to “Glock,” “Glock switch,” or similar are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by Glock, Inc. unless explicitly stated.
